[About the Book]
—That discomfort you feel may be caused by “coldness” in the body—
Have you ever struggled with chronic health problems, only to be told at the hospital that “nothing is wrong”? This book shines a light on the often invisible root cause behind such issues: internal “coldness.”
For many years, the author has practiced from the perspective of Oriental medicine, and has uncovered that a wide range of symptoms—fatigue, emotional instability, constipation or diarrhea, menstrual problems, dizziness, and more—are often linked by the common factor of “coldness.” Through this work, the author emphasizes the vital importance of warming the body.
The book covers themes ranging from the basics—such as why regulating intestinal movement helps alleviate coldness—to the unexpected connections between intestinal lymph, blood circulation, and immunity. It also introduces practical advice for tailoring your diet to the seasons and your physical condition, as well as concrete examples of herbal remedies effective in improving coldness.
Packed with practical wisdom and numerous clinical cases, this groundbreaking volume offers clear, accessible guidance on how to warm the body from the core and restore overall well-being.
