[About the Book]
Why is it that some people succeed while others fail, even when they seem to be making the same effort?
Society never stops changing. Those who cannot adapt are gradually left behind.
Based on the principle of “Do not fear change,” this book explains how to think, judge, and act in order to remain on the winning side. Drawing from real-world experience as both an attorney and patent attorney, the author—who has spent years navigating negotiations, conflicts, and high-stakes decision-making—presents practical ways of thinking that work in reality, not just in theory.
At the heart of the book are several simple yet powerful principles:
Do not avoid change—use it to your advantage
To win, focus not on strengths, but on weaknesses
Understand the other party’s position and read the structure of negotiation
Make decisions based not on emotion, but on logic and structure
From business and negotiations to personal relationships and competition, the book clearly explains the essential principles behind “how to win,” using historical examples and real-life cases.
For readers who:
Often struggle with decisions
Find negotiation or interpersonal strategy difficult
Want to gain an edge in competitive environments
this book may become the catalyst that changes the very way they think.
In an age of constant change, what matters is not effort alone, but the ability to think strategically.
A book for anyone seeking the mindset required to keep winning.
